Dr. Shahzad Qaiser is currently the Vice President of Iqbal Academy. He has an MA in Philosophy from Punjab University and a Phd from Bahauddin Zakariyya University in Multan. His dissertation, The Metaphysics of Khawaja Ghulam Farid won him the Allah Nawaz Tareen Gold Medal in 1994.
